We are able to ship up to 70lb via the US Postal Service.  Some of our customers have found this to be a better return on their shipping buck.  If you would like us to check on prices via the postal service for your order, please contact us!  We have also found that it is a better deal to use the Priority Flat Rate boxes on smaller orders, usually 10lbs or so, as long as the packages are not too big . . . i.e. 5 lbs of wheat bran is too big in one package, but put into two packages fits great!  We are currently trying to get this shipping option put on the site, but until then, let us know if we can work something out for you to beat the high shipping costs

Most of our shipping at this time is through UPS.  If your package arrives damaged in any way, especially with appliances, etc., please notify the shipper immediately so that a claim can be filed!  If we can assist you with this process, please don't hesitate to contact us

Return Policy 

In the event you find any of our product deficient in any way, please contact us immediately upon receipt.  We will issue a return invoice number and arrange to have the item(s) picked up and returned to us.  If there is fault with us or the product, we will replace the product or provide a full refund.
